I've been working out for about a week now, and although thats not very long, I'm concerned with the fact that I've seemed to gain weight. I've been eating healthier but I've still gained a pound and a half. Is that normal?

If you are accurately logging and sticking to your calorie goal, then this increase will just be a water fluctuation.0

If you're exercising more, make sure you're drinking A LOT of water. Flushing your body and keeping those joints and muscles hydrated. 64oz is good goal...0

It is not uncommon to have a slight gain show on the scale after starting a new workout routine. This is just your body holding onto water for muscle repairs. It will come right back off. This happens to me anytime I change up my workout routine.0
