    i have started sliiming world a couple of days ago and hoping for more weight loss i am down 60 pounds and became stuck on my diet add me for support hun

    My mum had great success at slimming world, she preferred the structure and the meetings. I've lost a little more than she did just by logging on here and it's FREE :happy: you can only try it and see if it works for you :smile: :flowerforyou:

    I didn't like it. Had very limited success with it. I prefer calorie reduction and exercise increase for a steadier weight loss. If you want more of my (very honest) thoughts on the SW programme, let me know.
