I love Blue (bleu) cheese dressing and found Opa by Lighthouse to be really great. I also really like Paula Deen's Garlic Vinaigrette, does anyone have any suggestions for a low cal dressing I should try? I'm specifically wanting to make a cobb salad this week and trying to do it without using my entire 300 calories on just the salad itself!!

TIA!

Honestly I just like olive oil, wine vinegar and Dijon mustard. Heck when I'm low on calories I even remove the oil, and it's good enough.

I LOVE the new Bolthouse Yogurt brands, there's a salsa ranch flavor only 45 cals for 30 gr. makes me want to eat salad every day.

Also Annie's lite honey mustard is good, 40 cals per serving. Oh and I think Bolthouse has a blue cheese dressing too.

Bolthouse Farms makes a Blue Cheese Yogurt and Ranch Yogurt dressing. They're actually not totally chemically altered and taste very good. The Blue Cheese is 35 cal per 2 Tbs, and the Ranch is 45 cal per 2 Tbs.

I typically go for a fruity (raspberry, orange...) vinaigrette or something Asian inspired. Recently tried Makoto Ginger Dressing- very clean, savory taste and quite strong, so a little goes a long way and you actually end up eating more veggies than dressing. :P

Trader Joe's cranberry walnut gorgonzola vinaigrette. They also have a yummy champagne pear gorgonzola vinaigrette.

Malt vinegar plain or with a dash of oil. Mostly plain though.

Dried cranberries in rice vinegar then let them set for a couple hours. Sweet and tangy!
