Several years ago I was able to lose 40 lbs only to have it creep back on. I'm tired of being overweight and have heard it's harder to lose after 40 years of age. Well I'm past that! But I still would like to lose weight and feel good about myself. It's finally time to battle this and I'm ready!!!

Good for you! I'm 52 and it is hard, but each weigh-in is a little less and that makes it easier. I really pigged out on chocolate New Year's Day (I started dieting Jan. 2nd) and today I have calorie-space to have a piece and I don't even want any! So hang in there! Together, we can all get where we want to be!

I love it! I hope to get where you are and not crave the chocolate and late night eating. Killer. Onward and upward!!

Make sure you drink plenty of water. You can also try 100 calorie ice cream bars. I found them at Walmart. They do the trick.
