Does anyone take Green Tea extract, or heard about taking it with a good diet/exercise? I have heard many good things, and since I cant stand tea, I started taking this supplement yesterday. Just curious if anyone has noticed better results from taking this.. Thankyou!! :flowerforyou:

H All,
A dietition once told me it's best to take the natural kind, i.e. tea leaves. Also, do not steep the leaves/tea bag for more than a couple of minutes. Keep them too long in the water, in the long term may cause reumatism!
Also, for those who suffer from uric acid, you may want to alternate the consumption with plain water. For example, have 4 cups of green tea and 4 cups of plain water daily. Too much green tea can cause the levels of uric acid to escalate, as green tea has caffeine.
So I guess, just take it in proportions. Hope this helps.0 -

Bumping this.
I am thinking of taking it in the supplement form, rather than the tea. Anyone else taking this?
What would be my dosage?0
