Re-found this site through the iphone application, BTW it's great to keep track on the go.

I have 15 lbs to go to my goal, I have been flat since the spring, and was hoping to at least get back down to my lowest ever.

My weight loss was brought on by health issues, but now I am a lot more active. It's easy to get side tracked and busy and forget about the bit of exercise I need to keep my weight in check.

I am hoping myfitnesspay will help to identify whats wrong (stalled) plus keep track what food is making me sick.

    it helps track and fix as your day progresses, use it honestly and make nutrition adjustments all day
  • On my second day of using it I noticed the differences pretty quick and made some changes.
  • I finally reached my goal. Anything more will be extra.

    I an joining a Cycling club next month and I am sure more pounds will fall off.

    Most of the weight 28lbs since December are due to using Kinect for Xbox 360 and Your Shape Fitness Evolved, It will help you work up a sweat. It's hard at first and gets easier as you go.

    Anyone have a loose skin shrinker?

    Total weight loss in 1-1/2years is 70lbs. Wahoo. Saw my doctor on Monday to make sure he felt I was fit to join a Cycling Club,
    His words were "You should be the poster boy of weight loss" That made me feel really good.
