Vegan dinner party menu suggestions, especially dessert?
I've got friends coming round for dinner at Easter and they are vegan. I was planning to start with roll your own Vietnamese summer rolls similar to this:

Diners are provided with fillings and a big communal bowl of hot water to soften rice paper. Will include some fried tempeh and fried tofu for the vegans among the protein fillings. I normally use a 50-50 combination of bean vermicelli and grated carrots as the main filler in the rolls. Will also provide classic nuoc cham dipping sauce (based on anchovy) for non-vegans.
Second course will probably be some plain rice with stir fried broccoli and walnuts.
Am a bit stumped with dessert, as my normal go to recipes contain dairy or eggs. Would be grateful for suggestions or any suggestions for the other courses.

Just saw a recipe online for nuoc cham where the fish sauce is replaced by soy. So I can do vegan nuoc cham as a starter. Still stumped by dessert.0

Something like this might work, though it's not terribly healthy.

Vegan apple crumble is delicious. Just get a normal recipe and replace the butter with vegan butter!0

You should look into raw food cakes if you have a food processor. Raw carrot cake is to die for!
Another favourit of mine is avocado chocolate mousse, super yummie!
Things like pies and crumbles are easy to make vegan. Most baked goods can be veganised, do a google search and you'll find loads! Good luck!0 -
make a fresh fruit sorbet, water, fruit and sugar (yeah I know sugar), easy to make and totally vegan0

if you google vegan desserts you'll find lots of desserts, most of which are no bake so it's less hassle
alternatively you could replace vegan unfriendly ingredients with other things, again you can google conversions.
so you could replace 1 egg with 1 cup of apple sauce or banana, milk with soy milk etc0 -
