I'm committed to doing this and sticking to it. Spent thousands on programs i quit on because i wanted to lose too much too soon. Not doing that anymore! I've been setting mini goals and that has worked better for me. I also weigh myself daily not weekly...i need to see that eating those extra treats that i think are not so bad actually move the scale so next time i'm tempted i think of that scale going up 2lbs. Motivates me to stay on track. Big plus for me is that i notice my body composition changing. When i'm tempted to get discouraged when i see the number going up i pull out a few old clothes and voila they fit better than the last time.....i just gained muscle and lost inches! Dont weigh everyday as it could get discouraging but i recommend measuring yourself weekly or bi weekly.
