My name is Rachel. I just started myfitnesspal today and I am SO excited!
My goal is to lose 20 pounds by valentines day and I just know this is going to be the thing that keeps me on track!
I don't really have a ton of weight to lose but I need all the support I can get, because I slip up on my eating very easily.

Anyways, I'm so glad I found this site and I'm so excited to get started!
