I have lost exactly 65lbs as of this morning. I am very happy about that, but I am finding myself getting relaxed. I started off almost 5 months ago so head strong because I had let myself go so bad. How do I stay motivated? I don't want to cut back. Any ideas?

Congrats on the 65 lbs lost!!! Do you have goals and rewards for every say ten lbs lost? Make the rewards good! =)

Short term rewards are a good idea. Thank you. I have not done that at all yet.

Sounds like you might possibly be getting tired of the same routine.
Maybe switch some things around, like different foods, a different exercise something you particularly have liked doing in the past or have always wanted to do.
My brother was in a terrible slump. Lost alot of weight, then started feeling sluggish and started eating whatever he wanted.
He was eating so much, he would go to the refrig and just stare in there.
I told him if he doesn't know what to get, it means he's probably bored.
He said "yea your right sis"
He went to a local gym that has a rock climber.
That's what he's always wanted to do, and it's great exercise for the entire body.
He said that day he found something new he's always wanted to try.
He said he went to work out, and saw some other people rock climbing, so he tried and said it was awesome.
So maybe try something else to keep you going, and not put you in a slump.
Good luck! The best to you.

Thank you for the suggestion. I think I do need a change of workout routine.
