April Challenge - Pick Your Mileage Goal!

Hello again everyone. I have been posting these challenges each month of 2014. We have tried for 30 miles, then 35, and since we all have such different schedules, methods of training, etc., let's just set our own goals this month. It's easy. Just check in periodically (I try to post shortly after I complete my mileage) with a date, distance, and total. I typically add also if my mileage was running, walking, etc. (elliptical, hiking, or even biking although those miles may add up quite fast.....). So good luck to you all! This challenge really has motivated me to get my mileage up!

All my miles are running (maybe with some walking warm up and cool down). My goal for April is going to be 35 again.

I almost hit 50 last month, but I had a 10k and a couple longer runs leading up to that so I am going to shoot for 40 miles this month. Most of my miles are running, with some walking.0

Great! I'm so glad to be doing this again! I'm going to stick with 35 but only log what I do in the gym, no cheating with dog walks =P good luck everyone!!!!!0

My goal for April would be 50 miles I think ~ walking ~ no running for this girl! :laugh:

I biked some yesterday too pulling my 2 year old, but don't log my biking miles.
