Can someone give me some help?

I've just signed up and I'm hoping maybe someone can give me some help. I'm in decent shape, but I'd like to get in great shape. I love Parkour, but I'm just a beginner and would love to improve my strength and endurance. I have no clue what kind of exercises to do and have very little knowledge of lifting. I do have a gym membership, but usually just use the treadmills and ellipticals because I am clueless when it comes to the rest of the equipment.
I'm 18 years old, female, 110 pounds, and 5 ft 2. If I lose weight, great. But my main goal is to get stronger and healthier.

Ask if you can get some instruction at your gym. Most gyms will give you a short intro session on how to use weights for free.
BTW my son loves parkour and is taking an "agility" class at a gymnastics place, where they do a lot of the same things. It's amazing how strong and fit he has gotten...awesome exercise.0 -
seems like just basic body weight exercises would be best for you since you like parkour, maybe learning some kettle bell exercises would be good too, they're great for full body and core strength.0
