Would like opinions on my diary!

I've been logging for a bit now and I'm aware that the past few days in my diary (excluding today) have been a bit high in calories (staying under my goal all but once) but it was the weekend and I haven't treated myself like that in a long time so I don't regret it.

I'd like opinions on my diary though, just wanna make sure I'm on the right track! :)

    what are your goals?

    At first glance I noticed high carb meals without protein intake. High carbs should be eaten with protein. Quest bars are good to go. only bars i really approve
