6 WEEK Progress Report! :)

Well...Here I am at 6 weeks...wow. I haven't really lost any weight at all, but I've lost about 6 inches all around and built muscle. The only comparison photo I'll show today is my stomach.

My digestion issues have greatly improved, and I also (TMI) went off birth control (Paraguard so no hormones anyways but still made me bloated I think...)

I am just so happy ....mind you I only look this great in the morning ;) heheh

Wouldn't it be great if we didn't BLOAT at all?!

I took a 3 day break from working out and ate a little more....I am hoping this will "reset" my system ....Has anyone done this before??

    Thanks! I've been eating pretty much what I want, when my body is hungry....compared to eating hardly anything. Weights and cardio 6 times a week. It's going slow, but I'm comfortable with that!
