New to exercise and eating healthy.

Hey everybody. Up until about 9 days ago I was drinking 2 litres of Pepsi and eating a few bars of chocolate day, I would even have a large pizza twice a week sometimes. I would sweat and breathe heavily at the slightest of things and i would always get back pain on the way to the shop.
I decided to finally do something abut myself and started doing the UFCFit a few weeks ago and 10 days ago I started eating all healthy foods.
So now I haven't had Pepsi or chocolate in 10 days and I've already lost 4cm off my waist and stopped getting back pains over doing simple things and when I went to the shop on Saturday there was no pain whatsoever.

So as it says in the title, i'm new to all this and just wanted to introduce myself and give my progress thus far.

The one bit of advice I'd give you is to take it slowly and change one thing at a time and before long you will get into the habit of a healthier lifestyle. :-)

WAY TO GO SIR!!!!! I highly recommend watching/reading Forks Over Knives. Great flick with some really sound principles.

Has helped me drop almost 60lbs.

    Add me if you like.

Isn't it amazing? I had back pain after a surgery a few years ago and my doctor at the time told me, "Sounds like you need to meet the gym." I started going to the gym and within a week the pain was completely gone.

To be honest, ditching soda alone can be one of the best things you do for your health! I haven't touched the stuff in about a year (save from the occasional diet version). As for chocolate... Well once in a while as a treat isn't gonna hurt. Just make sure it's only the one!

Very happy to hear that the changes you've made have already had a positive effect on you and I do hope they continue to do so. Good luck on your journey!
