Struggling to lose last 15 lbs.

I need some encouragement and tips to get these last 15lbs off. I've lost about 50lbs, but my weight keeps fluctuating between 185-180. The lowest I've been was a few weeks ago at 177, but that was because I wasn't feeling well and wasn't eating much. My work out schedule is pretty rigorous. I think that I have a really good variety of cardio, strength training and stretching. My workout week looks like this: Monday: 1hr of zumba; Tuesday: 1hr of CrossFit; Wednesday: 45 min cycling class, 15 minutes ab class, 1 hr pilates; Thursday: 1 hr strength training (whole body); Friday: 1 hr zumba; Saturday: 75 min yoga class; Sunday 1 hr strength training (whole body). Occasionally I'll take a day off or try a different class, but that is pretty much it. I know it's what I eat. I've been struggling so hard with that lately. I've been having crazy cravings. Any advice would help greatly! Thanks!

Well it looks like your fitness level is where it should be and as long as you are mixing it up every few weeks I would say its not your fitness, so the next obvious step is to look at your nutrition/ food intake. What are you at for calories intake and whats your average breakdown % for carbs, fat, protein. You should be consuming your carbs and fat %s in the morning and afternoon, then a good protein for dinner, no food after 6pm is a good rule if your not following that.
Bob Harper from The Biggest Loser has some great rules to follow that are pretty helpful. (I dont think all of them are good but...meh) but here they are:
1. Drink a large glass of water BEFORE Every meal-No Excuses.
2. Don't Drink Your Calories...cut out late night drinking
3. Eat Protein at EVERY Meal, add fish to your diet if your not already eating it.
4. Slash Your Intake of Refined Flours & Grains
5. Eat 30-50 grams of FIBER per day!
6. Eat Apples & Berries Every single day- Yes, EVERY-SINGLE-DAY!
7. NO Carbs after Lunch ( eat 'lean & green' at night)
8.Learn to Read Food Labels so You know what you are eating!
9. Stop Guessing about Portion Size & Get it Right-for good!
10. No more added sweeteners-including artificial ones!
11. Get rid of White potatoes!
12. Make one day a week Meatless
13. Get rid of Fast foods, fried foods, and soda
14. Eat a REAL breakfast
15. Make Your own food and eat at home at least 16 times out of the week.
16.. Banish High Salt Foods
17. Eat Your Vegetables and eat lots of them.
18.Go to bed hungry....That's right, don't eat before you sleep.
19. Sleep Right
20. Plan one splurge MEAL per week0 -
bump - thanks for posting the Harper tips, ke****ey.0
