How did everyone deal with phentermine/adipex withdrawals?

My dr said max of 3 months so last pill was last Thursday. I'm kind of upset he didn't tell me what to do to wean off it, as I am now so sluggish and tired. How did everyone else deal with it? I know there's pills with longer term but I lost 25 and I want to do the last 25 naturally. I just need energy is all. My appetite is normal and I'm going to eat the same. Weekends will be a challenge but I'll figure it out.

    I am on my second month. I hope for this to be it for me. I have lost 20 lbs. so far. Also weary of withdrawls! Hoping exercise will help.

    Eat some McD's, have some ice cream, order a pizza.. ya know the normal thing.
