Pregnant?

I am looking for some fellow pregnant women on here. How far along are you? What do you do for workouts? What is your calorie intake per day?
I am almost 24 weeks pregnant and had gained 9 LBS at my 22 week visit. I am looking to not gain too much and so am having "trouble" figuring how much I should be eating. I do eat healthy, overall, never eat sweets and naturally eat higher protein but might be over doing in calories intake but not sure.
Looking for some feedback/advice

For me food was a way to keep nausea at bay. I would eat what you want when you want - within reason. Healthy choices. Any any weight you gain, attack after baby. Not the exact advise you are looking for. But I don't think this is a time to track. IMO.0

You really only need to add an extra 200-300 calories in your 2nd trimester and an extra 300-400 calories in your third, that is what my doctor told me when I was pregnant with my daughter. That means picking nutrient dense food not junk food, drinking an extra glass of full fat milk, eating a handful of nuts, using olive oil to grill some veggies, etc. The whole mentality of "eating for two" means doubling your food and eating whatever you want isn't healthy. I don't think tracking is bad idea, although I would do it not as a way of counting calories but more of a way to make sure you are getting enough protein, fiber, good fats and being able to look back and see if something maybe didn't sit well, or made you sick.0

Thanks ladies. I have heard the 200-300 additional calories but am having trouble figuring out what I should be eating even when not pregnant. I know what's healthy, in regards to food, and pre-pregnancy, I was an avid runner and did Insanity/Beach Body workouts so did not calorie count, just ate healthy. Now, I want to avoid crazy weight gain and since I cannot workout even close to what I did pre-pregnancy, I am trying to find a base calorie intake and go from there. Thanks again for inputs.0
