Calorie Estimate while working out

My workout today was alternating lunges and squats from one side of the room to the other (15 Jumping jacks at each end), curl/stand/press, kettlebell swings, planks (45 seconds), jumping dips, wall balls and row machine (500 m). Went through this routine 4 times, a minute rest in between when I needed it. Is this considered circuit training? Strength training? I am looking into buying an HRM but I don't have one yet. What would be a good way to estimate calories burned?

I'd say it's circuit training. When you add weights, reps and sets it becomes "weight" or strength training but it also makes you stronger so you could log it either way.
For the HRM, I've had a Polar (FT4) for years and I swear by it.0 -
I went under cardio and logged it as strength training but it was only 189 calories, I sweated my tail off and was out of breath quite a few times. I feel like I worked harder than that! lol0
