Small NSV

I know there's plenty of bingers out there, and I imagine you all will appreciate this more than most.
Tonight was the first time EVER I was successfully able to walk away from a meal halfway through. My bf and get Chipotle once a week or so, and I've slowly whittled it down to the healthier options... but even so, normally I'd sit there and eat the entire bowl until I'm absolutely stuffed. Just because it tastes good and because it makes me strangely happy and because it's there in front of me. And then after, I'd fall into a total food coma. But tonight, I cut it in half, packaged it up, and tossed it in the fridge.
The further I get in this journey, the more I realize I do not need to eat as much as my 250+ lb boyfriend. I'm so used to splitting things down the middle or having a one-for-you-and-one-for-me mindset. Now that I'm finally getting away from that, it's helped me realize what portions my body actually needs to keep energized without weighing me down. So that, more than anything, is why this feels like a small success. And I'll take them where I can get them
