How many grams of protein should I be eating?

I don't really trust mfp when it comes to protein intake because I exercise way more and weigh less than the average person at the slightly active level. Here is some of my background because I feel like I might not be eating enough protein.
I exercise 1 1/2 hours everyday for 6 days a week playing tennis. I am 150 trying to get down to 135 and I'm 5'6'' and I'm already fairly active. I have quite a bit of muscle so as of right now, I'm just trying to cut down the fat. And I usually eat anywhere from 50-70 grams of protein a day.
What would be a good amount for me to eat? My diary is open if anyone would like to check it.
Also, what are some suggestions for snacks with an abundance of protein?

I like to follow this ^^^^^^^^
gives you a rough estimate, but pretty close, of what your body needs on a daily basis to lose weight.
if you need any help with figuring it out id be happy to help.0 -
I'm 5'4, 146. I started off at 168. Trying to get to at least 140. I set my macro on MFP to 40 percent carbs, 30 percent protein and 30 percent fat. I burn about between 650 to 800 every day. I workout everyday 1.5 hours. I eat about 140 grams of protein a day, sometimes more, sometimes less. Probably about 200 grams of carbs a day, sometimes more, sometimes less. My calorie deficient is set at 1200 on MFP, but I eat between 1650 to 1800 calories a day. I've lost about a pound a week since I took MFP and weight loss seriously back in Mid-November 2013 for my wedding this August. I had some injury set backs last month, so I didn't lose any weight at all. But everyone is different. I like my plan that I've made for myself. It's been working for me so I'm just going to stick with this.0

The following information comes from a nutrition specialist specialized in sports nutrition:
She advises quite a lot of top sports people, most of which swimmers. I followed her workshops and seminars.
Average people: 0.8gr of protein per kg body weight.
Endurance sporters: 1.2-1.4gr of protein per kg body weight.
Strength sporters: 1.7-1.8gr of protein per kg body weight.
Any excess protein will end up being converted in fat or excreted by the body.
I'm Dutch and I'm too lazy to convert metric to imperial.:bigsmile:0 -
I've heard figures ranging from 0.8 to 1.2 grams per pound of lean body mass.0

Thank you guys for the input. Are there any snacks/foods that you recommend to eat with a lot of protein?
I know meat has a lot but I don't eat it very often. The only food that I eat with a good amount of protein is greek yogurt and I don't really want to resort to using protein powder.0
