Im planning to do more weight training then Cardio, im not really fat in other areas in my body but my stomach , with a calorie deficit , will I be able to lose weight with the intense weight training or will i just gain muscle instead?

  • Weight lifting is much more superior and will burn more fat then Cardio

If you're eating in a deficit, you'll see fat loss. You won't really gain appreciable muscle. The scale loss may slow down, but you'll likely have better visible results.
  • If you do intense weight training and eat above your recommended daily intake, you will gain muscle along with some fat. The more muscle you have, the more calories you will burn :)
