How many calories a day do you eat ?

Can I ask everyone, how many calories a day do you eat without eating exercise calories, thanks

I try to stick to the 1200 calories a day plus I eat at least half of my exercise calories as well, just wondered what everyone else did.

    I eat about 2000 calories, more if I work out. But I'm slowly going in maintenance. I've never eaten less than 1300kcal because it's just not enough for me, I'm a 5'10" and have 155lbs (but I started at 210lbs) so with having this much weight I wouldn't survive with 1200kcal :D

    I'm about the same 2000 cals. but I've stopped logging for a week or so as I'm not too concerned over the weight loss, just redistribution of it. 1200 cals always sounded very low to me too. It would leave me feeling constantly tired. But we are all different so I do hope its working for you, and you are eating back some of the cals burnt.

    I eat 2500 + exercise calories in order to maintain. I was netting 1800-2000 when losing.

    1500 until I was within 5lbs of my goal. 1600 now, its spring and I am more active so I bumped a bit.

    I eat 1500-1600 with exercise but make sure i never, ever net below 1200.

    I started at 1750 and kept dropping a little at a time. Currently on 1410. Intend to bump to 1500 shortly.

    I eat 1600 to 1700 per day whether I exercise or not. Losing about 2lbs per week.

    I was as low as 1200 but found I could not recover from exercise well at that level. So I slowly increased to where I am now. I am still losing and I feel much better.

    Age, height and type of work/lifestyle people have will result n a huge variation. I'm 5.7, 58 years old and retired - with only myself and my hubby to look after. I stick to 1200 + around half of my exercise calories (use mfp exercise data so understand it's not accurate). If I get really hungry (very rarely) I will eat a few more but try and make sure those extra are nutrient dense. I do allow myself a glass of wine and a smallish piece of chocolate most days.

    For the last 3 months my average comes out at about 1900 gross, im currently losing about 1.6 pounds a week.

    I'm on 1400+, I eat back 50-75% of my exercise calories.
    On week 5 and have lost 3 kg (about 6.5lbs). I started out on 1200 on week 1 then upped it to 1300 on week 2 then upped again to 1400 on week 3. I've only lost the 3kg in the last 2-3 weeks.

    I'm 28 and 5'9 with a desk job.

    Between 1300_1500. I have a few meals a week I eat whatever and I don't count those. 13 weeks into my journey and 28 pounds down.

    I eat 1610 but that usually nets me well below 1200 with all the exercise I do so I have been attempting to eat more so my net is above 1200 but honestly I can't eat all that food! I'm stuffed to the brim when I try to net 1200!

    My net calorie goal is 1450. I typically eat around 1400-1450, burn 200-250 per day, and save my exercise calories for the weekend. So, I DO eat them back, just not the day I burn them. Works out quite nicely for me.
