Exercising while in a cast

Yesterday I was told that I probably have a stress fracture in my foot. I am waiting on the results of an MRI, but in all likelihood, I will be in a walking cast for the next six weeks. I am trying to figure out how to get myself through this period of doom and gloom. Currently, my exercise routine includes 4-5 days of running (25-30 miles/wk), 3 days of strength training-currently on stage 4 of NROLFW and 1-2 days of yoga and easy cycling (I use it as my recovery).
I do not currently have a gym membership, but am not opposed to getting one if I can come up with a good plan on how to maintain as much of my current fitness as possible while getting my foot to heal. Any suggestions?

I would speak to the doctor before doing any physical activity with an injury. I've injured myself in the past, and my family doctor always guides me as where to take my exercise during the healing process.0
