    Lately probably about 2000-2300. Yes I do eat back my exercise calories.

    I eat 1650 plus 66% of my exercise calories. I'm 5'5" and have 5 pounds to my goal weight. I lose on average 0.5 lbs a week.

    I'm 5'7, and at 173 pounds. I eat approximately 1700-1800 calories a day when I workout, and about 1500 or so on non-workout days. I also make sure I eat every 2-3 hours.

    2100-2400 losing 2 pounds or more per week. I'm a 19 year old male, 6'2" 330 pounds and lightly active at the very least maybe active. I'll usually eat 2200 gross when I don't exercise and 2400 when I do, regardless of calories burned

    I always make sure my net is above 1800 and most of the time 1900

    pretty much same calroies as me and what i intend on doing too! im on 1420 calories a day always eat this amount excersice i earn i save and "bank" for weekend.

    Maintaining at about 1800-2000 calories per day right now. MFP has it at 1680 but I keep going over, but the scale says I'm maintaining :wink:

    I try to stick to the 1200 calories a day plus I eat at least half of my exercise calories as well, just wondered what everyone else did.

    ^^^This. I was eating 1410 but then I dropped a couple of pounds so now I'm at 1200.

    I'm 5'3.5" 116 lbs and have been maintaining my weight on 2250ish. When I was losing, it was around 1650 net for most of my weight loss. I started at 170 lbs

    I eat between 1150-1200 cals per day, I always eat my calories back and workout to eat nice things, my tdee comes in around 1350 cals and - 20% is 1080 cals. I'm 5ft and 103lb (ish) i will be looking at maintenance soon and i'm very anxious about how many calories to maintain on.

    Amazing I`ve just come from the gym and one of the instructors was very complimentary about my weight loss,50lbs in total, so keep it up,it feels great doesn`t it??

    1,400 +/- 100 calories without eating exercise calories - I only eat some of my exercise calories if I'm really hungry.

    When I was losing weight it was:
    1500 + exercise calories
    Averaged out to be 1886 per day

    Currently:
    2284 + exercise (pre-pregnancy maintenance + 465 calories for baby + exercise when I work out)
    Pregnant and not trying to lose.

    about 2300-2500 and still losing faster than I had hoped for, in another 2 months I should be set to bulk up.

    Between 1,100 and 1,300 calories a day.

    I don't at back exercise calories for two reasons:
    1.) I only work out 3 days a week for an hour at a time
    2.) I can't get myself to trust the "calories burned" amounts (not just on myfitnesspal, but everywhere lol)

    I lose one Lb per week grossing 2300ish calories...that number includes an estimate of my exercise in my activity level as per the TDEE method (my preferred method). I maintain on roughly 2700 - 2800 gross calories. Again, this includes my just being alive, my day to day activities, and my exercise.

    Without exercise I can lose 1 Lb per week but I can only eat 1,900 calories and I can maintain on about 2,300 - 2,400 calories...but exercise provides awesome healthy benefits...plus I can eat more foodz whilst accomplishing the same goal so WINNING!

    1800 to 2200 dependent on exercise but I'm on a pretty aggressive weight loss target.

    1650 w/o exercise, sometimes I go as high as 2200 eating back my exercise calories. I don't always eat them back but if I'm really hungry or just craving something and I have some to spare (like my midnight ice cream last night), then I'll eat them back

    I'm 5'10", 180 and during the week I normally am around 1500. Close to 2000 if I drink wine. I work out 6 days a week and so I should be able to eat more but apparently drinking on Saturday nights doesn't do me any favors.....

    Anywhere between 1800 and 2100 is the goal depending on exercise or how hungry I am. 5'9" 190lbs at the moment, but I've realized I'd rather lose 1/2 pound a week than try to radically alter my eating habits. I think it will be more sustainable this way.
