Hey, I have been using mfp off and on for about a year now. This is my first time posting here though. So I thought it would be nice to meet some people that are on the same journey I am. So hopefully I can meet some nice people.

    Nice to see you here! Changing your lifestyle is so very difficulty - forming new habits; addressing issues with family and friends as the weight comes off; deciding how/when to exercise. I have found that it's much easier with support - and there's a lot of that here. Feel free to send me a friend request. We are all in this together! :smile:
