:huh: I got Winsor Pilates, I have the 20min one with the fat burning workout, what do I log it under? I did the first part of the fat burning one (up to the mat exercises) and the 20min pilates one... Help!

    :frown: oh, sorry, I think I looked up pilates on the net and then entered in my own calories per hour.
    There are a lot of calorie webs sites for exercise.
