Fiber and Calorie Counts

I've been eating a lot of peas lately. Looking at the label, I saw something strange:
1/4 cup:
110 calories
0g fat
28g carbs (12g fiber)
10g proteins
Doesn't add up, does it? 4(28+10)=152...
However, if you remove the fiber you get 4(16+10)=104... which does add up. I checked some other labels as well. Some seem to follow the same rule, others don't.
Anyone know anything about that?
