Is it possible to plateau at any size deficit? Even if you eat under the calorie goal or don't eat back exercise? Does exercising everyday do this? Does too large of a deficit do this?

Anyone can plateau. A plateau usually occurs when your body has gotten used to whatever it is you're doing (re: doing the same exercise, at the same intensity for the same duration for weeks on end) or if you've been eating the same amount of calories regardless of how much weight you lose. That's why you want to continuously spice up your workouts and adjust your calories accordingly.
Hope that helps!0 -
Anyone can. I was plateau for over 7 months, had to completely change my work out routine and macros and calorie intake. But even then, I still made progress with measurement's and dropped body fat% but gained muscle during that time, now I'm losing weight on the scale again. It happens.0
