Today I'm eating leftover andong jjimdak (homemade) and a cup of kimchi. You?

    I usually grab leftovers or a smart ones meal or anything that's under 300 calories and some type of fruit.

    I made a salad which had 2c romaine lettuce, 1 oz chicken, 1 egg, 1t olive oil , 2t balsamic vinegar, 5 mini carrots. 50 calories of dried cranberries, 4 chopped almonds, 1 oz cheddar cheese. I had 1/2 slice of Dave's killer bread with less than 1/4t butter on it.

    I had leftover turkey chili with black beans. Made it for dinner last night and it was soooo good.

    aspargus 9 pieces, laughing cow wedge and 3 slices to turkey breast.
    I boil the asparagus for a min then submerge in ice water so stays crispy at home
    smear the turkey slice with a 1/3 of the wedge add 3 asparagus and roll up
    really yummy and low calorie I usually add a yogurt but going out tonight so eating light today.

    Homemade leek mujadara with baked tofu and mushrooms. I always make a big batch of some grain + protein dish for the whole week and pack it into grab and go containers.

    I intermittent fast so I can have bigger meals. Can't do the 5-7 small meals.
