Whenever I have a good workout I never feel hungry afterwards... I mean like hours afterwards. I have to choke down food just to meet my goals. Wish I knew why! Can't even enjoy a protein shake, it just makes me feel like crap!

Yes, I'm the same way. Usually just when it's an intense cardio workout. But once I finally get hungry later... I am HUNGRY. I guess there's worse problems to have though!0

Yeah, right after I work out I don't want to eat anything for quite awhile! Usually I am fine by my next meal time though.0

Same here. I'm never hungry afterwards....i usually end up having a super late dinner because I just don't feel like eating.0

I must be an anomaly - after I workout I suddenly get RAVENOUS. I have to be careful when I come home after running (before dinner) because I'll eat all the snacks in the house while dinner is cooking.0

What kind of workout? After lifting I am famished, but if I have just done cardio I can't eat, unless it's swimming, then I'm hungry.

Well after I workout I'm super hungry but I don't eat before I workout so that might be why0

Yes same here, which is why I have a hard time getting my calories in that I need. At least I know I won't overeat so I always wait to eat afterwards.0

I have the same thing. I usually drink a protein shake after my workout because drinking I can still handle. Then I'll chill for an hour or two before I finally eat something.0

I'm never hungry after a workout of any kind. I usually just eat an ounce of cheese or something for the fat and proteins since I don't like carbs. I'm really not a big carbs person but I eat what's in my house and the messes with my weight loss a bit due to sodium.0
