I am not new to MFP but I am new to the message boards! All my 'real' friends are inactive! I want some active friends! I go to the gym, eat right and use the app! Anyone?

Feel free to add me! I'm getting back on board, after losing 40 lbs before my Panama Canal Cruise. Gave myself a week to lose the cruise weight before jumping back on here full time. I do zumba classes and aqua zumba classes twice a week - with a little added tabata in the pool after aqua zumba. Very few of my friends are active on here, which I don't understand. It's been life-changing for me!
And I'm confident I'll reach my goal of getting to my college weight by my 62nd birthday the end of this month. I'm an MFP convert!0 -

I Yo Yo dieted from the age of 15. .Now at the age of 59 my health is in jeopardy with high blood pressure, high cholesterol and obesity. I have all the markers of a heart attack except the smoking which I quit 5-6 years ago. I have also type 2 diabetes . I am on Metformin and eat as healthy as I can , choosing wisely the foods I eat. I still stress eat , however I am working on this. As of lately I am recognizing the connection after a stressful day at work. I can't seem to give up having French Vanilla coffee whitener which has trans fat. I have no friends and would love a couple around my own age to support me and for me to support.0
