I'm Sam and I started with My fitness pal a few months ago but i only used the IPhone app so I'm trying out the full website. Add me as a friend!
One thing I'm struggling with is I just got back from vacation and i watched what i ate but i did cheat some. Now I can't get back into the swing of things with all this Christmas candy and cookies and chocolate... :( I've gained some of my weight back. It makes me SO SAD! :( Any words of encouragement?

    It's hard for everyone around the Holidays to keep up with their routine. I try and keep my portions small, even if I eat a couple times a day. And with exercise try and do as much as possible (even a 15 minute walk a day, or something) to keep you up and going. Don't worry about it, you'll be back to your normal self in no time.

    added you as a friend. And my advice would be to just think of what you are working towards evrytime you pick up a piece of naughty food. Also don't go crazy snacking. Sometimes with xmas and so much food around you can easily end up snacking like 1,000 calories without realising. Just try to be strong we all have weakness especially me and my chocolate log cake haha. Just remember to try and counter any cheating you do with maybe a little more exercise or a little less calories the next day
