Does your stomach EVER start to go down? I feel like I look like I still weigh 300 pounds. It is so hard for me to celebrate my accomplishments because I'm still so big

HONEY!! I know first had how much of a difference these changes have made for you! You can see it everyone but you are your own worst critic (we all are) I would suggest core work and see if that tightens anything up... I've been doing an abs challenge that I can send you!0

well you can't spot reduce, so fat is going to come off from where it wants, when it wants..
I will say that it just takes calorie deficit, hard work, adherence to macros, and consistent logging and weight of everything…
it has been a process for me to go from 210# and 25% + body fat to 173 pounds and 12% body fat …now trying to get to 10% body fat and that is even more tedious..
really, you just need to stick with it and you will see results….0 -
With over 100lbs lost, ABSOLUTELY celebrate your accomplishments!!! Even if it is hard.
I don't know what you're doing to lose, but I do know from personal experience that diet alone doesn't always (or even usually?) take care of losing your tummy. I once lost a huge amount of weight with no exercise at all, and was actually underweight and really bony in a lot of places, but still had a protruding jiggly belly! So I think exercise is definitely key for some of us.
Also with the amount of weight you've lost, you might want to think about how much of that is extra skin. If you are working out you might be building abs you can't see0 -
for many people it is the last place they'll lose at. you look like you've come a long way, but you still have a lot to do. keep up the good work, and it'll pay off.0
