Is there a way to stop macros from changing on MFP daily?

Is there a way that my goals (calories, protein, carbs, fat) can just remain at the goal that I set them too instead of updating based of my exercise calorie adjustments?

Edit your exercise logged to have only a 1 calorie burn. A few people on my friend's list do that so you've still kept track of your workout, but it won't add any calories.0

Thanks for explaining that. I wondered why one of my friends has only 1 calorie workouts. Now I know!0

Don't log your exercise calories.
However, if you want to eat more calories, then one of your macros will HAVE to change. Everything is protein, fat or carbs. If you exercise and therefore increase your calorie goal, then you've either got to increase those equally or go over your goal for one of them.0 -
yup, dont log your exercises0
