Hey, I have been using Nike+ for about two-ish weeks now and I would LOVE more friends on there.
I like the support and people on MFP and if y'all also have Nike+ add me.

    What is it exactly? I have an iPhone but I'm not sure what the nike+ is?

    it's an add on accessory for all ipods with screens, and only iphone 3GS and 4. it's a pedometer designedand marketed by Nike to keep track of your running stats, suchs as distance, pace, speed, approximate calories burned, etc.....
