Hello! I'm Amy. I'm 19 and from England. I realised recently that if I don't change my unhealthy lifestyle, I never will. So, here I am - 5'4 139 lbs and I'm ready to get fit.
I'd love to make some friends who are in a similar situation and can help motivate eachother.

    Hi from the UK, just turned 25 and really on it this time! gained some of what I lost previously and devastated that my dresses no longer fit!
    I'm training for the Yorkshire 3 Peaks Challenge in June and am tracking everyday.

    I have an open diary and and trying my level best to log everyday (even the bad days).
