I am new to this site, and don't know which activity level to put myself at.
I work 5 days per week - 2 of them 8 hours, 3 of them 4 hours. I am always on my feet either standing there, or running around like headless chicken. When I'm not at work I don't really do much - am I sedentary?

I have the exact same schedule (waitress) and I consider myself lightly active. In the summer when I actually get outside and do physical activities other than work. Then I'm probably at a moderate activity level.0

Sedentary is for people that sit all day at work and while they are at home.0

Those are my basic hours, quite often I do overtime as well. Should I put myself as lightly active? That gives me 1800 calories per day, which I think might be too much? Sedentary gives me 1550.0

I work at a desk 90% of my day, I consider that sedentary. I think lightly active is probably correct.0
