TDEE AND SAVING CALORIES FOR WEEKEND??

hi,

i have worked out that im allowed 1420 with MFP i work out 4X a week burn around 1000 calories a week (uisng a HRM monitor).
i intend on "saving" my Exercise calories for weekend were i can have wine chocolate and relax more....
my TDEE says im allowed 1700cals daily which seems a reasonable amount (i selected option of light work out 1-3X a week just in case for some reason i ever miss a work out plus the 1940cals i gives me for working out 5X a week seems too high)

SO im just wondering if i can use TDEE but if i dont eat all 1700 cals a day the extra i can build up and have my saturday night treat ?? obviosuly as i will have 1700cals every day i wouldnt really need that much "extra" on the satuday anu how but just wondering if i can do it this way and as long as i stay under my weekly net would thta be ok to do??

    Sure, as long as you are still at a weekly deficit you should be fine.
