Opinions about a brand-new weight loss program

Hi,

recently I heard about a new weight loss program called "Xina Incredible Fat Loss" and I wonder if anyone have something to say about it. When I decided to google it and finally read about it, it appears very nice.

any thoughts about it?

Don't waste your time or money on stuff like that. There is no "magic" solution to weight loss.

Want to lose weight? Eat at a calorie deficit. Add some cardio exercise and some weight lifting. Voila! Weight loss.

    Worked for me.

Edited because I fell for it :grumble:

the Xena plan? where you walk everywhere and kick *kitten* on a regular basis and are such a BAMF that the gods take notice? I like THAT plan.

I looked it up and the first hit I got from Google was their privacy notice, which stated that they could require information not even remotely connected to weight loss. Seriously, this plan seems to have originated in China, is this correct? The same country that poisoned our dogs with tainted dog treats and killed their own children with mercury-laden baby formula? Sounds like a scam to me.

I'm not calling "Troll", I'm calling even worse "SALESMAN". First post is a thinly veiled disguise to get people talking about a "New" diet plan. Go away!

Strong first post bro. Do you have a pamphlet or a newsletter I could subscribe to?

I think the Xena plan is awesome except for the part about the gods. Getting the notice of the gods always leads to trouble.

There is no "brand new" weight loss program on the market. Practically every program is just a revamped version of what another program is.

What is needed for weight/fat loss? A calorie deficit. Period. ALL PROGRAMS have that in common. The rest are really just smoke and mirrors so that the diet industry can line their pockets.

Unlike buying services (say like lawn care or car detailing) for any program to work it's up to the individual. One can't buy their body (unless through plastic surgery) nor can they get anyone to reduce calories or exercise for them to get results. It's really more about the individual and their commitment to getting it done.
