I am going back home in 2 months... I want to loose (lose or loose? Always confused me!) weight by then... Is it possible to loose 10 kgs in 2 moths? I once lost 8 kgs in a month, so seems possible?

It is possible but you're going to have be strict with your meals/exercise routine.

Possible, but you're likely to gain it right back. Is that what you want? Or would you rather lose it and it be gone forever? If so, lose weight more slowly. It'll be something that's more sustainable.

It's lose, not loose. (Lots of people here get confused.)

True, I wouldn't want to get it right back! I will try and go as slow as possible. I just want the weight loss to be noticeable, that's all.

You probably wouldn't reach 10kg but you should be able to lose a fair chunk of it!
