So I have two of the worst canker sores ever!!!!! I can not eat anything because they hurt so bad! I was short on my calories yesterday and I am going to be again today.

I just needed to hear anyone else how has had them and what they ate!

    They make topical anesthetics for canker sores. Not sure if you are trying that yet but I'm sure they sell it at your local pharmacy over the counter.

    Yes, these really work well. It actually stays where it should and you can still eat without a horrible taste.

    Rinse with Listerine. Hurts like a bugger but works.
