i don't think that's possible. I am 99.9912345% certain my cal goal is too low. I just don't for the life of me remember how to calculate it. Scatterbrained lately. So I'll just increase it by 400 cals. For today and see how that feels. It's my new diet. It's called "If it feels good, do it". Book on amazon next month.0 -

[(LBM in kg) x (21.6)] +370 = BMR
BMR x Activity factor = TDEE
Activity Factors:
1.2 = Sedentary (Desk job & Little Formal Exercise)
1.3-1.4 = Lightly Active (Light daily activity & light exercise 1-3 days a week)
1.5-1.6 = Moderately Active (Moderately daily Activity & Moderate exercise 3-5 days a week)
1.7-1.8 = Very Active (Physically demanding lifestyle & Hard exercise 6-7 days a week)
1.9-2.2 = Extremely Active (Athlete in ENDURANCE training or VERY HARD physical job)

If I only know my total body weight in Lbs how to do I get my LBM in kilos?
Do you have at least an estimate of your body fat percentage? If you do, you can just multiply your body weight by (1 - BF%) to get lean body mass in pounds. For example, say your BF% is 25%, then your LBM in lbs would be (1 - 0.25) x Body Weight, then just convert to Kilos. If you don't have an estimate of your body fat percentage, then just go with this to get your BMR and use the same activity factors to get TDEE:
MEN: BMR = [9.99 x weight (kg)] + [6.25 x height (cm)] - [4.92 x age (years)] + 5
WOMEN: BMR = [9.99 x weight (kg)] + [6.25 x height (cm)] - [4.92 x age (years)] -1610
