Hi all,
My name is Tiffany and I joined as part of my healthy lifestyle change. Ultimately for my height (5'4.5) I am supposed to be about 155 lbs the most. That being said my starting weight is roughly about 220lbs. So that's about 65-80 lbs (I'm shooting for 140 lbs) I have set my first goal at 200 lbs because 20 lbs is less overwhelming than 65-80 lbs.
I tend to give up on myself all the time. I would like to have some friends join me to give me the extra push I need to keep going. Right now I'm revamping my relationship with food and exercise. I started to do yoga for about 30 - 40 mins a day and 30 minutes on the treadmill.
Any and all friends are welcome to share my journey as you share yours
