Gym goers, what did you used to do with your free time?

I ask because there was a time when I was a pretty elite gamer. I still have a lot of friends who game all the time though I'm not really at the same level I was considering I spend a good 2 or 3 hours most days of the week prepping for the gym and coming back home plus cooking a lot of my meals now.

It doesn't have to be all negative things, ya I was sitting on my *kitten* most of the time before and eating garbage or not eating at all but I had some great times. The list of my gaming accolades runs pretty deep but here are some games I'd say I was pretty Godly at.

Guitar Hero/Rock band
World of Warcraft
Gears of War/Halo
Street Fighter

I also like a lot of other single player games like Final Fantasy and the Mass Effect series. Silent Hill was once a great series too.

It doesn't have to be game related but if you do game too, let me know! I know a lot of us have to work, head to the gym and come home with only a few hours to unwind. What did you do then or even, what do you do now works too :D

I pretty much used to hang out on my patio (basically my man cave) and grill food, drink beer, and smoke cigarettes. I was a 2-3 PAD smoker and drank at minimum a 6 pk nightly if not more.

Doesn't sound like too bad of a time although I don't want to trigger you into full relapse, hahaha. I didn't smoke that much because the hands were busy har har but I drank all the same most of the time. I suppose this borderlines with "what did you do before that was unhealthy" before making that lifestyle change. If you quit or even tapered off a bit since then congrats man. That's a tough habit to break. Cherish the milestones.
