There is a homeless man that I discovered living next to where I work, in the woods. I've been concerned for him since it's been so cold. I go over and give him food on occassion and talk to him. He's a nice guy. He lives under a tarp with some plastic on the sides to keep some of the wind out. When I want to eat even though I've had enough, I think about him and how he doesn't get to eat every time he's hungry. It makes me feel selfish for eating more than I need and sometimes it actually helps me to not eat, or to not eat as much. If I only ate what I needed, I could save some money too! I am trying so hard to watch my portions and he has become my new reason for eating smaller portions.

That is really neat. . . You know I've had my issues lately. That really, really humbles me, thank you. My issues could be SO much worse. . .
