Hi! My name is Ellen. I'm 47, mom of two kids, and work full time. I lost 38 pounds on MFP 2 years ago, and sadly gained 37 of it back. I'm back, ready to lose the weight and get more fit. I eat ~1500 calories a day, maybe more if I exercise. I don't 'diet' and tend not to restrict anything specific, but I try to stay away from the junk because I have a hard time limiting myself. Looking to add more friends who have similar goals. I need some motivation, and I hope to also be a motivating friend! Thanks! :bigsmile:

Forgot to add, I have an open diary and I like seeing others' open diaries. Great for sharing meal ideas.

    I can relate, I've gained back the 8kg (17.5lb) I lost 2 years ago as well as finding an extra 6kg (13lb). I know all the things I have to do in order to lose weight, Its just a matter of trying to be organized, consistent and motivated, hopefully we can encourage each other. FR sent
