    5 mnths of progress w/comparison photo

    I probably should have waited for the half year mark, but this comparison photo made me do a happy dance, so here it is! :)

    lifting heavy... watching caloric intake and macros... down 2 dresses and about 30 lbs of pure fat

      I've got my goddess-in-training mojo revved way up... lol!

      I actually have been feeling discouraged for the past month thinking that I hadn't progressed much, but the photo proved me wrong. I'm so happy that I take monthly progress pics to really see how much I've done so far.

      =D ... I've been amazed at how hourglass-y my shape is becoming... I really am recomping my body, not just losing weight... it feels awesome!

      Thank you for posting those...what a fantastic job!! :flowerforyou: I'm trying to work my way up to "lifting heavy", but with all my old injuries I'm just thankful to be progressing in my weights without having injured myself :laugh:
