Exercising, Dieting, But Bloated and Not Losing Weight

Hey,
I started tracking and kickboxing a little over six weeks ago, and I'd lost 7 lbs (137 to 130) as of two weeks ago, but I've been stabilizing at 132 lbs these last two weeks. I'd been kickboxing an hour a day for 5-6 days a week, and I do know about the water weight during the menstruation period. However, it's a little too early for that right now, so I'm confused as to what's going on.
I can feel myself being more fit when I'm working out, but my stomach feels bloated all the time, even when I eat less on particular days.
When starting at 137, I had a goal of 1420 cals for losing 1 lb a week, and now I've adjusted it to 1370 cals at 130lbs to lose the same amount each week.
I've switched to eating salads after work outs (cabbage or iceberg lettuce with chicken breast) and homecooked meals. I never really eat much junk food, and I've been dealing with bulimia for years, so I'm not sure if this is just my body trying to adjust to everything. Though I'm still a little skeptical, and thinking that maybe I'm just doing something wrong.

that happened to me for all of january and February. it got so bad i thought i might of had like cancer or something else seriously wrong with me and it was always way worse after i exercised (i exercise first thing in the morning so it was just really bad all day). i giured out that it was a food sensitivity to corn actually. once i cut out all the corn (which is super hard!) for over a month and a half and it finally got better and went away. so i'd definitely look into the possibility of a food sensitivity.0

I'd lower the amount you are trying to lose a week since you are so close to your goal.0

Are you eating enough fibre?
Drinking plenty of water during & after exercise?
Things that help: Green tea/peppermint tea, Dried apricots, bananas

There was no way I could lose 1 lb/week once I had about 15 pounds to go. You aren't going to lose fast at your weight, so you need to be patient. The more you have to lose/heavier you are, the easier it is to drop the weight. What worked for me was setting MFP for a 0.5 lb/week loss and most importantly, PATIENCE!0

I'm a scale-a-holic but I also don't stress over the #. What constant weigh ins has done for me: its shown me the pattern/trend in my weight loss process. I tend to not lose or even increase slightly for about 1.5-2 weeks of the month. Starting right about when my period starts. Then it 'catches' up. For example I was 157.7 on 3-29, 158.5 on 4-4 and 157.8 on Monday of this week. This morning I'm 154.6. I didn't really lose 3 pounds in the past 3 days - but the work of the past ~2 weeks has shown on the scale in the past 3 days. Sometimes other things mask progress. Hormones, stress, sodium, starting a new routine or falling off your routine. It really takes more than a few weeks at one weight to be a sign of a problem. Its not easy, but you have to just keep doing what you're doing, and trust the results will follow in time.0
