    4-1-14: Ran 5.0 miles walked 2.5 miles= 7.5 miles total
    4-2-14: run = 4.0 miles - walk = 4.0 miles - Total = 8.0

    4-3-14: Run=1.0 miles - walk 2.0 miles - Total = 3.0
    4-4-14: Run =0 miles - walk 2.0 miles - Total = 2.0 miles

    (mileage countdown didn't happen. Legs were too tired after strength training (leg day!) Lol. Took two days for the soreness to go away.)
